10/10 Excellent
The staff of this family-run hotel were very nice and friendly, including helping me to glue back my phone cover!
The amenities were much better than I expected, including a very nice living room area with a tv where people could drink the free tea/coffee and eat the cakes throughout the day and evening, as well as a small outside terrace with nice seating for chatting with family/friends. There was also a pretty nice sauna/steam room area, which we did not use, but did look around.
