In your website it says free breakfast included. It is ala carte, I ordered a simple egg omelet with 3 slices of bread and coffee with creamer. When I am checking out. The lady receptionist/owner is charging me 60,000 Vdong. I showed her my reservation and it says there free breakfast. She said NO! Breakfast is not included. She said call your agency. So I look at your customer sevice number but since I am rushing to check out, I put out my credit card and was about to pay her but I said I will let the Hotels.com know that you are scamming your customers. I said I will definitely make a Bad, Big review of this because you are scammer. Then she said, no I dont need your money. And so I left. Let it be known to all who plan to book here that that Lady in the Reception is trying to charge extra for a small breakfast when in the website it says free breakfast. I was about to look for a police to report her but I have not enough time.

Hotel très confortable
Hotel un peu en retrait du centre de la ville (5 mins à pieds) mais super confortable. Ils ont les lits les plus confortable de mon voyage jusqu'à présent.
