The owner went above and beyond to help us have a great trip!!!! We were able to book bus tickets to Hanoi and tickets to Fansipan from the hotel as well. He was quick to respond to messages and spoke English well.

Nous avons eu un super accueil avec un thé chaud. Nous sommes arrivées avant le Check in et notre chambre était déjà disponible. Nous avons aussi pu laisser nos bagages toute la journée le lendemain. Personnel très gentil et attentionné.
Nous ont aidé à réserver nos activités.

Wir waren über Tết in diesem Hotel und durften den besten Service genießen. Bei Ankunft gab es erstmal einen Tee und ein Zimmerupgrade. Morgens konnte man frühstücken und da zwischen 6 Menüs wählen. Die Gastgeber waren so unendlich freundlich. Haben uns zweimal zum Abendessen eingeladen, sodass wir Tết hautnah miterleben konnten. Das Hotel hat auch eine sehr gute Lage und war sauber. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich für die Gastfreundschaft die wir erleben durften.
