"Avoid this place. Check-in was difficult in the dingy reception, which looked like a dump, as the elderly lady had no idea I was coming. Finally she understood, but asked if I had already paid, which I had.Room was up 4 flights of stairs. Big room but walls covered in dark wood, only one small window, very dingy.Bed was lumpy, shower good & hot, only one plug socket away from the kettle,light switches on the other side of the room from the bed. "Staff were always smiling and attentive. Room was large and comfortable. Big bathroom with toiletries replenished daily and with clean, thick, quality towels. Bed was very comfortable. Shout out to the housekeeping staff who do a great job. The restaurant staff at breakfast were excellent, despite having to handle hundreds of guests. It was so busy from 8.15am onwards, so I suggest going early. Food was great with options to suit all tastes. ATMs in the lobby were very convenient. Hairdryer was poor quality, either slow and cool or slow and too hot. In room Tea options only Earl Grey or flavoured. Luckily I took my own English breakfast. Enjoyed our holiday and will stay there again."

"We had the pool villa beautiful room very clean however the door was not maintained and was always stuck trying to enter or exit Love the private pool The breakfast was a process took over a hour to get our food but I will say they are renovating the main breakfast area could be the reason it was just a lot longer then we expected"

"It's a wonderful place to stay with friendly staff. The Breakfast has an excellent array of Thai/Asian cuisine along with continental dishes as well with live cooking stations. Very spacious rooms with extraordinary views from balcony. They do provide airport transfers with surcharge. The resort is located with just 15 minutes drive away from main airport. It's a best place for beach and nature lovers. Try it once and you will never regret. I will sure choose Pullman Arcadia during my next visit to Phuket."
