"Room was clean, we had a room in tower 3 and the walk to the room was long, when I stay at large hotels I usually request rooms near the elevator. We stayed on the 8 room so no view except for the nearby building and we has a small window view. The location of the hotel was perfect, its walking distance to the union square and Bart. We had a buffet breakfast at Poach, very limited selection but it was a good price. I would stay at this hotel again if we visit SF again."

"The hotel needs to be updated the photos make the hotel look way nicer than what it really is. Water took a while to get hot in the shower, the toliet is older and the overall cleanliness of the room wasn’t the best. "

"Good location, expensive parking and breakfast (it's a full buffet) - but you can usually get a "discount" when reserving thru a 3rd party. Overall good value for the city."

"I have pictures of the quality of the bedroom. Stains on the wall, and floor. I also saw and took a picture of a bug in the restroom. One of the things that made me the most upset, is the fact that this property ONLY offers vallet parking. & it’s extra not free, $57 per day!! when I asked the receptionist why it was not advertised, she blamed Expedia. Will not be booking here again and maybe not using Expedia either"

"The rooms don't have AC, also, we came I early and they held our luggage. However, we came back one hour after our check in time, and our rooms still weren't ready! on of us had to wait an extra 30 mins for the final room to be ready, so they checked us in 1hr and 30 mins after their advertised check in time. The personnel did mention that they were understaffed so this is a BIG mishap on management. They are not giving their staff enough support. Also, if you book this hotel, remember that it is a budget hotel, and the rooms' set up is odd: the restroom will not have a door in some rooms, only the shower. In some other rooms, the sink will be next to the TV, in front of the bed, but no sink in the restroom, etc. "
