"We had such a wonderful time at this property! The staff was beyond friendly and we spend hours at the lovely pool enjoying happy hour cocktails. The spa was simple, but the massages were really nice and very affordable. The AC worked great and kept the room at a very comfortable temp even when it was SCORCHING outside. A few things to note: the beds are quite firm, which is common for the area. We both slept well, but just something to be aware of. ALS the water in the bathroom never got beyond tepid. With how hot it was outside, this wasn’t an issue, but did surprise us. "

"The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The rooms and breakfast area were always clean. The staff at the roof bar were great. The rooftop pool was refreshing. Breakfast was the only let down, I thought the cereal was a little stale and the options were not as plentiful as other places. The location is fantastic and I would certainly stay here again"

"Wonderful staff! I asked where I could buy a needle & thread to repair my backpack & they had one of their staff machine-stitch it for free. Done in 30 minutes. Looked new. Just an example of how nice they all are. The hotel is conveniently located. A short walk to Pub Street. A block from the Siem Reap River. Has all the amenities. Two pools, bar, restaurants, spa, etc. Nice breakfast. They upgraded my room for free. Very spacious with cool air conditioning. I think it’s one of the finest hotels."

"First thing I noticed when I entered our room was the towel on the bed, which was thread-bare. It was thin and just a tad better than a paper towel. I requested for a two-bed room when I reserved the room but when I got there, I was told that they can give me a two bed for only three nights of our four nights stay. Imagine packing up our things to transfer to another room. "
