"This is a great refuge in the heart of Siem Reap. This is a first rate hotel and all the staff, especially Daly our concierge, were excellent and very helpful. My only regret is that we didn't plan our stay for longer."

Staff ask a few too many questions to appear helpful and interested which can get a bit much but it's not their fault - just a cultural thing. "The breakfast buffet had a wide and tasty variety of Cambodian and Western items. The staff is extremely attentive and are always going the extra step to ensure the guest is totally satisfied. The rooms are large with amenities such as a small refrigerator, kettle and toiletries. The bed was soft and cozy.The rooms have stunning woodwork throughout. Bottom line this is a five star establishment. The Ox Tail restaurant on site offers extreme luxury in fine dinning. Actually this was the best, most well equipped Hotel/Resort I have ever had the pleasure of staying at."

"The pools were awesome, staff and location also a plus. We had full body massages and that was a perfect end to the day and you can’t beat the price $13 USD for 1 hr. Location is walking distance to pub street and shopping. Breakfast is full of options , fresh and delicious choices. "
