"This is a poor excuse for a Fairmont and it's isolated so you need a vehicle or taxis to go anywhere. Staff who fail do not appear to suffer any consequences. The hotel has three beautiful rooms but none of them were in use. It's really difficult to access the spa so prople with disabilities beware. Our room was the smallest we've ever had a Fairmont and its location was singularly inconvenient. Thee were only two places to eat and nothing nearby. Some staff were wonderful but too many were...

"We previously stayed at this hotel and chose to come back because we had such a good experience, but the second stay was not great. We were completely ignored at check-in and had to use the “make your own key” check-in machine. We also chose this hotel because it said it had laundry facilities. They don’t have a do-it-yourself facilities, they have a desk drop-off where they send it out at 6:00am and you get the clean laundry back the next day.
