"We stayed for two nights. Abbie on reception was extremely helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived . The whole atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly. Our rooms were beautiful and quiet, unfortunately the weather was really hot so our upstairs room was too hot so the wonderful Abbie arranged a change of room. Breakfast was delicious with the assistance of Jo. Sitting on the outside terrace was so relaxing. Parking in their car park was easy using Ringo with the hotels help. Perfect location in the centre of town. We would recommend this hotel 100% and are already planning a return trip."

"Really good location, just a short walk from the centre. Being able to park was a real bonus. Freshly cooked breakfast and friendly staff. Room pleasant and clean. Good value for money and would use this hotel again."

"The Crows’ Nest is a nice dual-aspect room, light, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast cooked to order. Great position with public parking not too far away. Don’t struggle up the steep steps from Strand, go up Mermaid St and turn right along Traders’ Passage."

"Had a lovely stay. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was a great size and the jacuzzi lovely and warm. The food was also very good. Would highly recommend."

"Clean room. Very helpful staff. In the middle of all activities. Could not find hairdryer in the room. I thought that parking was available but it’s parking on the road and only two hours during the day but plentiful car parks nearby. Super ice cream shop attached to property."
