"An excellent stay, brilliantly located in the old town with great views. Well worth the windy drive through the quirky streets and bag drop off. Room was outstanding, very comfy bed and good suite. Breakfast was also fantastic with great range of choice. Best weekend stay hotel we’ve ever had."

"The Beach Hut is in a great location - really close to the beach, and a short drive from Rye and Hastings. The Hut was in great condition - very clean and the comfortable. The resort has lots to do (we had a lot of fun playing bingo!). Great for a family holiday or short break."

"Loved the hut, enjoyed our stay. I brought a 3 course meal with me. So no need to eat out! Lovely and cosy. I would have liked a small saucepan to do porrige in morning. We managed with a big one!! I also wasnt good with lighting the gas rings. I would prefer a long lighter . And no hooks for towels when wet out of shower. In bedroom there were a few cobwebs and spiders in nooks and crannies. Whilst not scared, I felt these had been on ceiling and edges for some time. However bed very cosy....

Great location
"Lovely hotel in a good location. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. Plenty of parking. The rooms were a good size and very clean with comfortable beds. Bathroom was also clean but in need of updating. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. We would definitely stay here again."
