"What can you say, it is on an Army Base, well maintaned, clean and helpful staff. Continental Breakfast, although my son and wife are Gluten intolerant, wish they had Gluten Free Waffles!"

"Not as nice as some of the other Marriott's we've been to. Room seemed smaller, no included breakfast, shower shampoo/conditioner bottles empty, etc. Certainly not a bad or dirty place, more just "fair.""

"The elevator was ‘out of order’ but I suspect they had it turned off just so they could save electricity. They didn’t tell me the elevator was not working until they recommended and booked me a room on the third floor. The whole hotel was filthy. There was no fire alarm in the room and the floor in the room we stayed in, actually moved and buckled under the weight of a normal step…….. I’m not exaggerating at all. Do not stay at this dump."

"From what I can tell for the one night that I stayed there, it was definitely easy to get to and I felt like I had my privacy. Also no bugs. That's always a plus. They provide you with cosmetics. I thought that was nice as well. I would definitely go back and send me a little older model wounds. However they have a stove in there refrigerator and all"

"The room was disgusting. I took photos to show exactly why I’ve said so. My partner nearly fell down because the toilet seat was broken. The front curtains were barely attached. The window sill was filled with dirt and dead insects. The bed mattress squeaked and we both fell into the middle of the bed. The pillows were little more than pancakes. The baseboard in the bathroom barely covered broken and moldy wallboard. The baseboard was so far away from the wallboard that they used screws to...

"They fsiled to inform me that they were having issue with insects… throughout the property until I demanded a refund… I had to hang my bags up in the closet.."

"The bar is awful. It stated it was open until 10:00, it was not. It closed before 9:00 all weekend because the bartender had another job to get to by 9:00."

"The 2 bedroom I booked was extremely outdated with furniture probably 50 years old or more. Carpets were dirty and ripped in several placed. I spent $250. For the condition of the room I greatly overplayed. They should not rent it again unless they do a complete renovation of the unit including every room. Marriott Bonvoy is supposed to be the best of Marriott. I was a Marriott timeshare owner for 10 years. This was by far the worst Marriott I have ever stayed in."
