Our handicap accessible room was nice. I would have liked to have a second bed instead of a sleeper sofa though.
The bathroom was clean and spacious. They only had a shower chair for the tub. With a new lower leg amputee in our group, a walk-in shower or at least a transfer style bench would have made shower access possible for her. Climbing into the tub was not possible. Other than that, the bathroom was large and easy to maneuver her wheelchair in.
The bed was clean and comfortable. We had to ask for bedding for the sleeper sofa. It was not very comfortable, but it could have been worse.
The breakfast was great with eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, cereal, sweets, yogurt, and so on. The attendant, Diane, warmly greeted us, was very attentive, and helpful. I was absolutely appreciative of her genuine kindness.
The front slope into the main lobby was a bit challenging with a wheelchair and also the luggage cart. You have to park down a distance to access a ramp then walk to the main entrance.
Overall, it was a good room with easy access for her manual wheelchair, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness was above average.
