Quality Hotel Waterfront Alesund

"Nice hotel near the city center. The room and amenities were adequate and the staff accommodating. Only drawback is that the hotel is not quite as convenient to the shops and eateries as some other hotels. If you are looking for a quieter area of the city center, this hotel will do great. If you want to be right in the center of the action with the best activities and views of the ocean, stay on the northern side of Alesund city center. Overall, this was a solid hotel for the money."

"There wasn't actually laundry in our apartment which was a big disappointment. The host did respond to say we could use one in another unit but it was too late by then."

"I had a great stay at Hotel 1904. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a great selection to start the day. The only downside was that the rooms were a little warm since there isn’t air conditioning, which made sleeping a bit less comfortable. Other than that, everything was great, and I’d happily stay here again."

"The location is convenient for a hike to see puffins. The room is spacious and our room faces the ocean! The staff is friendly. But the breakfast serves kind of late, at 8:00 am. Besides, there is no hairdryer in the room."
