On the final evening of my stay, I visited the Executive Lounge, where Ms. Annissa kindly checked in with me and asked for feedback. I shared a few minor comments regarding wear and tear, and she took immediate steps to follow up on them. Great food options too. The hospitality and responsiveness of the team truly stood out. Kempinski offered a warm, comfortable experience — a genuine home away from home. I look forward to returning. "
