Das Personal an der Rezeption ist mit das Einzige was positiv zu erwähnen ist. Der Zimmerstandard liegt unter dem von Monteurswohnungen. Die Matratzen sind derart durchgelegen das nicht mehr mal mehr als Hängematte durchgehen. Zum glück waren wir (4-köpfige Familie) nur eine Nacht auf Durchreise dort. Bei längerem Aufenthalt wäre es auf ein Storno hinaus gelaufen. Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal bemüht & freundlich, allerdings täuscht das über den Zustand des Hauses nicht hinweg. Ganz klar, hier kehrt man kein zweites mal ein.

Unser Zimmer war für vier Personen viel zu klein. Es war eiskalt und dadurch ungemütlich. Wir hatten eine Küchenzeile, da war aber nichts drin. Die Umgebung war schön und ruhig. Man war in nur wenigen Minuten in Ruhpolding. Der Mitarbeiter war mal freundlich und mal ganz schön gestresst. Und das bei so wenigen Gästen. Das Frühstück war klein, was in Ordnung war bei nur zwei Tischen. Aber auf die Nachfrage, ob man noch etwas nachhaben könnte, wurde gesagt, ich wusste nicht das man soviel essen kann. Eine Frechheit. Für zwei Erwachsene, einen Jugendlichen, ein Kind und ein Kleinkind, sind sechs Semmeln nicht viel. Für einen Erwachsenen sollte man schon zwei Semmeln einrechnen. Getränke für die Kinder wurde nicht mal gefragt. Alles zusammen nicht zum empfehlen. Wir gehen nie wieder dahin. Und für das schlechte Erlebnis war es Wucher der Preis. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber. Unter dem Ausziehsofa waren ein Deckel einer Eis Verpackung und ein Schnuller. Beides nicht von uns.

Leider nicht zu empfehlen. Unser Aufenthalt war enttäuschend. Die Bettlaken auf der Ausziehcouch für die Kinder hatten Flecken und die Kopfkissenbezüge waren so alt, dass man die kaputten Reißverschlüsse nicht mehr schließen konnte. Die Kinder mussten auf halb offenen Kissen schlafen. Die Matratzen im Doppelbett waren so durchgelegen, dass es sich wie eine Hängematte anfühlte – wirklich unangenehm. Für den günstigen Preis ist es okay, dass alles alt ist, aber es sollte wenigstens funktionieren und sauber sein. Das Waschbecken hatte Risse, die Heizung im Bad ging gar nicht und der kleine Kühlschrank im Zimmer war die ganze Nacht sehr laut. Nachts fiel die Heizung im Zimmer aus, sodass es eiskalt wurde. Auch für Skifahrer ist das Hotel nicht gut geeignet, da es keinen Skiraum gibt. Die Skischuhe sollten wir im Flur im Eingangsbereich trocknen lassen. Positiv war nur der sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, der uns sehr nett empfangen hat. Leider reicht das nicht, um alles andere auszugleichen. Wir können das Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlichen nett. Das Zimmer war nicht optimal für vier Personen, dafür ist es einfach zu klein. Auch die Lage des shimmers war nicht optimal, so öffnet das Badfenster zur Terrasse, wo sich die Gäste aufhalten. Das Frühstücksangebot war okay.

Sehr netter Empfang und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück ist übig aber kein Buffet, es wird für jeden Tisch extra hergerichtet für zusätzliche wünsche einfach das Personal fragen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, die Möbel sowie die Ausstattung ist im korrekten Zustand und alles funktionstüchtig. Parkplätze liegen direkt vor dem Haus. Volle weiterempfehlung von uns.

Wir hatten ein sauberes, nicht übermäßig großes und zweckmäßiges Zimmer, die Betreiber sind sehr nett. Die Lage ist gut (ca. 1,5 km zum Bahnhof Ruhpolding), die Straße vorm Haus ist viel befahren, aber das ist wohl kaum zu ändern.
