"Room was lovely dog friendly too"

"The hotel is ok for a night stop with kind staff and plenty of parking. However, it is much more tired than you expect from the website pictures; the corridor carpets could di with a good clean, the bathroom had a basic clean but it wasn’t great and the room was quite hot with a fan as main way of cooling. It is not bad for the price but a little dissapointing based in the website pictures and reviews."

"On entrance to the hotel it was beautiful, welcoming airy feel with a nice bar/restaurant. However check in was a nightmare and we had to wait 10 minutes, once you leave the main atrium and walk through to go to your room the hotel is outdated, poorly maintained and the lift scared the life out of you. We stayed on one of the hottest days of the year, and the housekeeping had window shut & no fan. It was a wall of heat. We didnt sleep for even an hour the whole night. The bathroom was awful,...

"Booked 2 cottages for a 50th birthday celebration. 1 of the cottages the plates were filthy and there was a musty smell. The other cottage we kept getting locked out and having to get management out to open the door.
