"Host was extremely friendly and accommodating, the dog zorro made everyone smile, lovely little village, comfortable beds"

"Manager very attentive upgraded rooms because of an issue with air conditioning. Small fridge would have been a bonus but everything we needed in all our rooms, extra water and condiments in hallway. Fresh fruit was a nice touch. Restaurant was 10/10. The only disheartening incident was being refused Scottish bank notes, it is legal tender, definitely not the welcome we expected. Scotland is still part of the United Kingdom."

"The hotel was very clean. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Never stayed at a Days Inn before but would certainly stay with them again. Although the hotel was on the m1 we didn’t hear any traffic noise. There was no restaurant at the hotel but services was next door"

"My room was nice, carpets are a bit worn etc. But it was alright. Worse thing is the restaurant. I didnt have breakfast as it was served to late for me, but i ate once in the restaurant for an evening meal. Half the menu wasn't available so I had a chicken burger. It was alright, but everything seemed quite expensive for what it was. I would have eaten here before, however, even though the restaurant looked empty i was told there was a long wait. "We paid a premium price for a very standard room. Double bed with hard pillows. Very dated in the decor and furnishings. I was disappointed with the whole experience. Set menu for the evening was very pricy and was underwhelming. Breakfast was what saved the day, nice ingredients, great selection. Staff were friendly."
