Exceptional Hotel

Beautiful views from the balconly of hillsides with vineyards to the left and the Rhine river to the right. I had dinner at the hotel, it was excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful.

The hotel was on an historic part of the Rhine River and had a lot of cruises and things to do. Food at the hotel was good. Breakfast was good as well !

Great hotel with beautiful balcony views. The staff could not have been any more accommodating. Ate dinner in restaurant 2 of the days and food was great. Breakfast buffet was good way to start a day of exploring.

Beautiful views of the Rhine from our well appointed room. Outstanding staff and service. Great meals reasonably priced. Breakfast buffet (included) was excellent. Convenient place to explore the area or just relax and enjoy the small town charm. Parking close by also included. What more could you ask for?

The situation located on the Rhein River was stunning. Excellent food and very helpful staff, going well beyond the average. I did feel, however, that I was being made fun of as an American tourist.

Loved the room with Balcony with view of Rhine watching all the ships go by. Breakfast and lunch also very good. Walking distance to sightseeing boats. Recommend doing a day trip by boat to Bacharach and/ or St. Goar. Town very quiet compared to Rüdesheim. At least during week.

Marco checked us in, showed us to our room, and explained everything in the room. We had a beautiful view of the river and castle from our balcony. The restaurant food was great and Marco also took our order and sat down with us and answered every question about the area. The absolute best service I've ever had!!! Graat, quiet but fun hotel in great location!

The rooms were air conditioned and quite clean! Incredible view of the Rhein river. The young man who worked there seemed able to answer any of our questions and was ever available.

Rhine river setting

Traditional style hotel on the banks of the Rhine. You can sit on the terrace and watch boats and barges all day. It would have been useful to have had tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Ist der absolute Hammer und sehr zu empfehlen direkt am Rhein gelegen sehr sauber sehr tolles Frühstück sehr reichhaltig Personal absolut freundlich Familien geführt sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren.

Unaufdringlich sehr gastfreundlich.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln, allerdings hatten wir auch die Deluxezimmerkategorie mit Klimaanlage gewählt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und nicht durchgelegen. Das Personal ist sehr gästeorientiert und freundlich. Unserem Hund wurde sofort eine Schale Wasser angeboten. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine große Auswahl von frischem Obst bis Rührei und auch das Restaurant hat sehr leckere Speisen.

Fik anbefalet et værelse, idet det vi havde bestilt ikke havde aircon, dog lover Hotels.com at der er aircon på værelset. Morgenmaden er ikke ret god, kedelige rundstykker. Området er virkeligt skønt, det værelse som vi betalte 120€ ekstra for var også virkelig lækkert, desværre en ekstraudgift vi ikke havde regnet med
