Sowohl der Herr beim Checkin, als auch Sonntagmorgen der Herr am Rezeption und die Dame von der Küche waren super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war einwandfrei und die Möglichkeit mit der kleinen Terrasse in den Hinterhof fanden wir super. Wir merken uns sehr gerne dieses Hotel und kommen gerne wieder.

Keinen Service

Wir hatten dieses Hotel gebucht, da es in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Pfingstturnier war. Im Vorfeld hatten wir das Hotel angefragt, ob sie Parkplätze hätten und es wurde für uns ein Parkplatz reserviert. Nach 7 Stunden Anreise gab es keinen Parkplatz und wir durften uns selbst kümmern, wo wir unser Auto hinstellen dürfen. Der nächste Schock war das Zimmer: dreckig... in der Matratze hatte es ein riesiges Loch. Wir haben dann nach einer Nacht ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Fazit: nie wieder

Die Unterkunft liegt in biebrich, einem Randviertel von Wiesbaden. Der Anteil der zu gezogenen Sudländer ist extrem hoch, die Umgebung sieht anhand der Häuser und Straßen etwas dreckig aus. Alte Häuser und auch nicht allzu saubere Straßen. Wiesbaden bemüht sich aber scheinbar grüne Flächen und bäume ins Stadtbild zu integrieren. Vor dem hotel liegt eine zweispurige Hauptverkehrsstraße. Hat man ein Zimmer zum Rhein, ist der Ausblick zwar schön, aber bei Fenster auf auch extrem laut. Das Hotel selbst ist an sich nicht schlecht, nur Sauberkeit und die Gestaltung des Innenhofes lassen etwas zu wünschen übrig. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgt jeden Tag ob mit oder ohne "nicht stören" Schild an der Tür. Dabei werden ob dreckig oder nicht jeden Tag die Handtücher getauscht, das ist nicht gut, für unsere Umwelt. Der Müll wird zwar gelehrt, allerdings glaub ich war die reinigungskraft arg verwirrt, da Müll aus anderen Zimmern in meinem gelassen wurde, zwei Tage in Folge der dreckige putzlappen im Bad rum lag, in den Ecken im Bad Und auf dem Bettsims wurde schon lange nichts mehr gewischt und ein Staubsauger ist in den vier Tagen meiner Anwesenheit nicht benutzt worden. Ich kannte die Krümel am Ende persönlich. Das Frühstück kostet 13€, ich weiß nur nicht wofür?! 2 Sorten Brötchen, Marmelade ja, ohne Beschriftung oder Schälchen zum abfüllen, Cornflakes ja, Joghurt für cornflakes nur manchmal und auch nur manchmal ein obstsalat. Ich fand es etwas karg. Der Innenhof muss neu möbliert werde

Das Zimmer 56 war zu stark verstaubt z.ab. hinterm Fernseher und beim Bett 1cm Staub Fläche das könnte man Mal reinigen. Beim Treppen Abgang Haut man sich mit der Körpergröße 189 leicht den Kopf an, die Kante ist nicht Gepolstert und nicht Markiert. Auch die Heizung in dem Zimmer 56 könnte man erneuern (Modernisieren) denn diese heizt nicht mehr Klimaneutral. Frühstück war zwar Gut nur die Auswahl zu gering - nur könnte man beim Frühstück achten das man weniger Plastik Kauft? Honig, Marmelade in Glas gibt es ebenso in dieser Größenordnung mit Aluminium Deckel sogar und habe zwar einen Toaster gesichtet aber kein Toastbrot 🤔. Im allgemeinen jedoch der Preisverhältnisen ganz okay ... Nur beim nächsten Aufenthalt suche ich ein besseres Hotel das die ⭐⭐⭐ Sterne verdient hat ich hätte dies aus 1.5 ⭐ eher bewertet im allgemeinen Zustand.

Bin an dem Hotel vorbeigefahren, da das Schild nicht erkennbar war. Großes Schild "Cafe" und kein erkennbares Schild "Hotel". Sehr ärgerlich, da ich noch etwas herumgefahren bin und dann nur über die genaue Anschrift das Hotel gefunden habe. Sehr ärgerlich.
