"Such amazing service with a wonderful room. Great location, within steps to the Moulin Rouge. The bar was fantastic! Our only issues were the noise at night (probably would have been less of an issue on a higher floor) and the inability to make the room cooler than 19 degrees (Celsius). Our nights for sleeping were warmer than we would have liked. "

"Beautifully designed hotel, with friendly staff and a vibrant (and not too touristy) neighbourhood. I've stayed in Le Ballu before and think it's now become where I most like to stay in Paris. It's very walkable to, for example, Opera or Montmartre and has a direct metro line to the Notre Dame area, so it's very well located while also being a bit away from the tourist crush. The rooms are absolutely beautiful - an oasis of calm."
