"Staff was friendly. Room was adequate and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast appeared basic so we chose to skip it. I was disappointed in the lack of laundry facilities which would have been useful on our trip."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The location is nice if you want to be close to the Forks. Walking distance to restaurants & attractions. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the Smith restaurant "

"For a room with a king bed I thought the room itself and the bathroom were quite small. As a secondary issue they need to get better coffee makers for a “signature” hotel."

"Checkin was efficient with fresh cookie options and bottled water. Room spacious and clean. Breakfast had a ton of options but there are a lot of guests so be gracious and prepare accordingly. Pool was sufficient but again can get busy with the amount of people- Although pool towels always were Available. Convenient location with free parking a plus. It was close to zoo & downtown waterfront. Loved that they had regular, decaf and cold brew coffee along with tea and flavored water always...

"My two day stay at the Grand was wonderful, beds and pillows very comfy, room clean, easy to get in and out of the property, onsite restaurant was very good and comparably priced to restaurants not at the airport. All around great stay and would absolutely stay here again."
