"My first time staying at Humphry's in Winnipeg. I booked the room with a jacuzzi for a weekend "stay-cation". The room was very dated with many worn spots in the drapery allowing light through. The smell of cigarette smoke wafted through every hour or so - maybe the vents had issues? The jacuzzi seemed cleaned but it was very dated, with poorly patched areas on the walls above and around it - I did not use it at all... the room overall just made me feel gross. One of the elevators was out of service for my whole stay, and the only one was very busy with some issues. The safety of the area was terrible, and some security crews were assigned in different floors."

"Our plane was delayed and we didn’t arrive in Winnipeg until 3AM a quick call to the front desk and a very nice friendly driver showed up in 10 minutes in a warm shuttle. He dropped us off at the hotel. The front desk clerk was equally as friendly. We were in our room before 3:30 We could not ask for any better service "
