Rooms are good, but can see its probably time for a bit of an update and maintenance as feel a little outdated. "Delightful little place. Will be back. Lots of car park space. Right on the beach front with a vintage pier and taby carvery immediatly opposite too. Short walk to Greene King, M&S foodhall and a B&M. Bus stop outside that goes to Lytham or Blackpool pleaaure beach and arcades"

"The cottage by mode were very clean and spacious. However it was cold and uncomfortable in the mornings and evenings. No other form of heating in the lounge i.e a fire Beds uncomfortable because two singles pushed together which easily moved. Fix the heating and the beds and I would give it 5 stars "

"Lovely stay for a last minute 1 night stay. Had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely. Informed staff I was gluten free and they provided me a lovely GF continental breakfast. Beds were comfy everything was clean. Your opposite the main pub in the square so you can step out and dine at some lovely places. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit Lytham again.
