Lovely, recently refurbished room, which was very clean and had comfortable beds. Staff were great and the breakfast was lovely. Very good value for money. Also perfectly located, just a 5 min walk to the centre of Leamington Spa.

Nice clean hotel & friendly staff, however the bed in the room I was in was not comfortable as the base seemed to have a broken section which caused it to lean heavily to one side, not great for ones back. No heating in the bathroom either.

Nice, clean and well equipped bedroom / bathroom. Friendly and efficient staff. Nice breakfast. A sign pointing out additional parking at the rear of the hotel would be useful.

Victoria Park Lodge is an ideal place to stay for making the most of everything that Leamington has to offer. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was first rate.

Clean, comfortable, good breakfast. Room smaller and less pleasant than pictures suggested. Hard to find. Better signage needed. For the money it’s good value.
