The staff are rude and even during alleged reception opening hours we were told to use rear entrance. Travelled with my young daughter and felt very unsafe throughout our stay. "This is not really a hotel. It’s more like a hostel except it’s not cheap. No ac. No hair dryer. No breakfast unless you pay for it the day before (strange). I should have paid extra $30 to stay at a regular place."
