"Do not stay here. Given the key to room, went upstairs to door wouldn't open. Back downstairs, told they had given me the wrong room number. Hallways reeked of curry, asked if there was another room available not on that floor told no. Went to new room number, still unable to enter door. The room across the hallway was open, houseshoes outside of the door, there was a young man laying across the floor at the end of the hallway. I went back down stairs and told them I didnt feel safe staying there alone and left."

"This is my absolute favorite hotel! My partner and I stayed here 2 nights to attend a craft fair and will be choosing Mariott every year from now on! The key to our door was malfunctioning the night we arrived and the employees/manager were so helpful! They had it fixed the very next morning and it truly showed us how important our comfort and safety was to them. Overall it was a wonderful experience, beautiful room, and delicious breakfast! A very welcoming environment ♡ ☆☆☆☆☆"

"IHG Member, had no rooms so I couldn’t check into room until late. Checked in, room was nice. Someone walked in my room. Apparently April didn’t check me in correctly even though a deposit was taken, and they assigned my room to another lady as well. She was just as startled. Went to front desk, took 10-15 mins to fix. No real apology just everything is fixed. Came back after work, keys didn’t work. At check in I wasn’t told about breakfast, workout room nothing. April didn’t really say anything actually. Very awkward check in and stay. Wouldn’t stay again ."

"We stayed at the hotel this past weekend for a friend's wedding, and it couldn't have been a better experience. If you’re looking for a stress-free stay, especially for an event, this is the place. The biggest selling point for us was the proximity to the wedding venue. It was literally right next door—a two-minute walk—which made the transition from the ceremony to the reception incredibly easy. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was. We had plenty of "getting ready" space for multiple people without feeling cramped. The room was immaculate. You could tell the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work; every surface was dust-free, and the linens were crisp. While our stay was mostly positive, I must highlight a significant concern regarding the in-room amenities. The iron provided was outdated and poorly maintained. Regrettably, despite following standard care instructions, the iron malfunctioned and scorched the dress I intended to wear to the wedding. This was an extremely unfortunate incident, especially given the timing of the event. I would strongly recommend that management audit their laundry appliances to ensure they match the otherwise high quality of the guest rooms."
