"Rude staff at the front desk. Confusing naming. There are maybe 10 other buildings called Bali in the city. And once you get to the right complex there is no indication that the hotel is hiding at the back of the property. This isn't a particularly great look for a hotel. People that visit a hotel are likely to be there for the first time. The internet connection is completely unacceptable. Less than 1Mbit. Room smelled of smoke. Not happy and I won't be back."

"The room was not ready when we opened the door, had to call down to get it cleaned, the hallways and corridors are filthy, the one-bedroom suite is well set up, the cooktop was an induction cooktop but no induction cookware at all. Staff was good, BUT the day before we left at 10 a,m one of the staff members walked into our room without knocking, apparently he was in the wrong room, luckily for us, my wife and I were not being naked and intimate on the sofa again at that time. The pools were well-maintained. I paid $10 for the breakfast, but there was nothing on the menu that cost more than $4 and was very limited, food was bland and dry, meat dry scrambled eggs dry"
