"Staff were amazing, security guard outside at all times and felt very safe in the area. Served good coffee and good food. Convenient for both the city centre and airport. Not a typically tourist area, so will need a tuk tuk or other transport to get around. Hotel can offer airport pick up, and a car for day trips for reasonable prices. "

"I asked to change the room. Because the stairs were dangerous. But they refused my request. And they changed rooms at my repeated requests. But the room was small and not soundproof. The breakfast prepared at the hotel was the worst. I didn't eat the food. It was unsanitary. And no warm water comes out."
