"Very nice stay. It was great having pool, gym and sauna in one place. Would highly recommend. No groceries and restaurants near by. Which was a bit downside."

"Loved this place! Very clean and gave us a chance to relax at the end of busy city days. Supermarket & mall just around the corner and very Grab tuktuk to anywhere in the city. Apartment was very comfortable and tv and washing machine a real bonus. Nice staff "

"No room service available"

"The geographical position leaves to be desired because it's walking distance to nothing It's indispensable to catch a tuk tuk to go somewhere Breakfast was not buffet because it's low season and the occupancy rate was extremely low"

"Ein sehr schönes Hotel, aber auch sehr kommerziell."

"Probably one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen and it has one of the best views of the city by the rooftop pool. By far one of my favorite, the only bad thing is the front desk took a picture of my passport with his personal phone after I had already checked in and sent a copy of my passport. That was weird, but outside of that great stay. "

"All the staff were so great. Nice people at the desk and nice people at the restaurant. Pool was great. I really have no complaints"

"Classic and elegant. A wonderful place to stay."

"Booked and paid for twin double beds and received twin bed room. Had multiple issues with room keys not working, including losing access when I booked and paid for a second room. Staff were helpful and attentive, but it affected my stay and perception of the property."

"Dirty cockroach in room and rat in the pool. Checked out early and they didnt not offer to help me at all. I think they need to learn what hotel business is all about. Awful location and rude staff."

"The hotel was magnificent.. surroundings was a little noisy but that’s the usual in that part of the city.. definitely recommend Staff was nice and friendly.. "
