I checked in without issue then later in the evening realized TV was not working so they facilitated me moving to a different room. As I was checking out, the lady at the desk worked with me for a second reservation that went flawlessly."

"This room was clean. I appreciate that. No bugs which is huge plus in my book. The room is very outdated. It needs a complete make over. For the price I really couldn't complain We were permitted to have our dogs in the room too."

"Landmark Hotel is an excellent place to stay in Pikeville: clean, well-maintained &, when we were there, quiet. Exactly what is needed after a long day's drive. The staff are welcoming & helpful. They couldn't be more friendly. Two comments, though both are minor: It was strange that two remotes are needed for the room television & whatever cable or satellite service they have is limited: CNN, Fox, & Newsmax - yes. But why no MS Now? Second, it would help to have brochures with information about local restaurants. We like to "eat local" & found a great Italian restaurant on the other side of town - but purely by chance. Overall, though, we were glad to stay at Landmark & will, again, when we're in Pikeville."

"Our room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Melissa provided us with an excellent complete breakfast. She was so attentive and hard working. The staff was friendly and helpful. Besides Melissa, special mention to Kyle and Buffy the manager. Kyle helped me jump our car. Buffy brought us a whole canister of coffee when there was a shortage of packets in the room."
