"Check in and check out was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean but the property is a bit worn and there was a lot of noise from the person above me walking around. The airport shuttle was convenient for getting to Logan for an early flight, although the driver would not listen regarding which door I needed to be dropped off at. I was able to get a pre-packaged breakfast and when I checked in the desk staff recommended a nearby restaurant with excellent food and service. "

"Parking was easy, breakfast was delicious, the room view was amazing and the room itself was so clean, spacious, and comfortable. Plus the location is close to everything else on the strip. "

"My husband and I stay here frequently for medical care at MGH. Our trip was made a little more fun by seeing the NE Dance Competitors in the morning! The front desk was exceptional when I arrived, exhausted, from the ED. She was so kind and thoughtful. "

" Clean bedding and towels. The floor could have used an additional sweep/vacuum, and the bathroom drain plug was stuck down, then completely came out when we finally got it up. Comfortable beds although the walls were pretty thing. People in the parking lot sounded like they were right at our door. Overall, the stay was good and would stay again."

"The staff is not receptive to when things go wrong. The young lady that checked me in was excellent so was the maintenance person. Once checked in calling downstairs after that is near impossible. I had a heating issue around 10:00pm and called downstairs four times and no one answered, not sure if they have someone 24/7. The bathroom didn’t have wash or bath gel had to wait 30 minutes only to have two of the same, I didn’t mind because the women was lovely, she left me with a bar of soap because the amenities stink! When checked in I was told I could get a late checkout only to have someone banging on my door. When I called downstairs the front desk person lied twice, she said she didn’t see the late checkout and the hotel was full booked, I checked online and the hotel wasn’t fully booked. "
