"There was an issue checking in with WIFI being out, but the staff was helpful and figured out ways around getting us a keycard right away and fixed the WIFI quickly. We did have to go to a doctor's appointment very early in the morning and the front desk person was a little insistent we take all our stuff with us in case we didn't get back, but we didn't and we did make it back.
