"We had a kitchenette bedroom, this was immaculate, genuinely one of the most modern hotel rooms we've stayed in. The decor was nice and everything was clean, bed was also really comfortable. The staff were also very attentive and easy to speak to. Highly recommend this place."

"Very clean, recently refurbished rooms and an easy self-check in process. Very comfortable beds, really quiet rooms at the back of the property, a fridge and safe in the room, and an excellent TV with loads of streaming options. The only slight drawbacks were a strange weed-like smell which lingered in the corridor just outside my room during my stay, and my colleague who stayed two floors up was disturbed on both nights by the 'passionate' noise of the guests in the next room..! Very easy...

"The room was in the basement of the property and had a shared bathroom. I was not expecting either. From the pictures on the listing I thought I was going to get a room with a bathroom on a regular floor. My reservation was non refundable so I could not cancel it after I paid for it. The house is very clean and the owner was responsive when I expressed my surprise. However, I stayed 9 nights and the situation was not to my liking in that room. The room was very very small."

"Max was helpful on check-in as he was able to resolve an issue with the remote for the TV. Bathroom looking newly refurbished with lovely hot shower. Carpets, decoration and furnishings generally need a deep clean and / or refurbishment but for the money in London, the room was tidy with good Internet TV speed."

"The location of the property was excellent, with several London Underground stations within a mile, several bus stops round the corner, and a couple of Tesco Express shops 5 - 10 minutes' walk away. The property was advertised as having a front desk for check-in, and this is not the case. We arrived to no check-in desk with no way of accessing the property.
