"This is an absolute perfect setting Florida is a very large date in every part of Florida has its own charm I highly recommend soaking up and enjoying that charm in the Hutchinson Island Hotel the rooms are always extremely clean neat and they are renovating the hotel to constantly improve the guest experience"

"We didnt order breakfast but the view of the water was Heaven !! Open the curtains, then the door toward the beach and in comes the delightful ocean breeze and the glorious sky….the sun rising or setting. The staff was helpful and personable. We will look forward to a return!!"

"This was the worst place to stay for a vacation. First and foremost, I had no idea that that’s the place that was in the photos. Very disappointed and bummed because of how much me and my boyfriend spent. There were roaches, spiders, mouse droppings, and an infestation of fire ants everywhere in every corner of this shed like building, they were in our clothes, shoes and suitcases. It smelt like animal pee and was NOT LIVEABLE. And our toilet was not working. There was mold growing around the AC and the roof of the shed had plants growing all in the corners. This place was filthy and looks like it hasn’t been maintained for years. My boyfriend is in and out of hospitals right now for a virus, I’m hoping that has nothing to do with the cleanliness of this place. I am fighting for a refund! This place NEEDS to be shut down ASAP. It’s 100% a health hazard. Mind you we immediately left. Did not stay any of the days we paid for. Went to a hotel immediately. "
