Hyatt Place Rouen
We stayed over May day so that may have had an impact on the stay. This hotel has all the ingredients to make an incredible experience, great rooms, in a freshly built / restored hotel. The issue is that the setting is the experience. The staff are lovely but are just not as incredible as the setting. ...

Hotel de Bourgtheroulde, Autograph Collection
Warm greeting, staff took our bags and led us to our room. Great breakfast buffet. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who gave great recommendations of sights, tours, bakeries, and shops. Amazing pool and sauna! And I love the bathtub in our room.
