I have stayed at this Hotel in the past. It is an excellent value for money Hotel. The breakfast is good for the price. Conveniently located near the motorway. Nice helpful staff.

The coffee was amazing in this place. The bathroom is clean and bright and spacious. But the towels had quite a few stains on them. The bed, though, was not that great. You only get one pillow for each person, and it's not even firm and barely has any support. The bed sheet always comes off the bed. The bed sheet should be a fitted sheet, and pillow should be a bit more firm and hope that you request more pillows.

Good value motel style hotel, easy access to cycle transport links, easy access to Gouda town via a lovely cycle route. Breakfast in the hotel was disappointing. Otherwise good stay.

Tourist passing through. This motel (doors on outside) may not be in a great part of town, but it was cheap. The staff were great to speak with, and the bartender was quite engaging. Room was just OK, everything quite old, and close to the highway so noisy. Breakfast was 15 and quite good. Stayed there for the price and satisfied.

Very basic, drab and bad location for Gouda centre

The hotel is really a motel and is very average. The rooms are small and drab and very dated. If all you need is a bed for the night its ok. The beds are comfortable and the room clean. On top of that the location is not good for Gouda centre as you need a taxi and it goes all around to get to the centre so is expensive. Also the charge is hugely overpriced for this accommodation. On the good side the breakfast is decent. Staff helpful.

Not quite what we hoped for.

I made a mistake in booking a hotel further out from the centre. This is a hotel situated on a business park so there is no local charm. I have mobility problems and the hotel was a nightmare, with badly done, retrofitted ramps in doorways. The power point in the bathroom blew the room electrics when we plugged in the hotel's kettle. We were told it couldn't handle anything more demanding than a mobile phone but there was no warning to that effect. Though the room is no smoking there were ashtrays right at the outside of the door so we still had to face the mess and stink. The staff were helpful and there was a shed where we could lock our bikes so that was a plus point. No USB outlets in the room so we needed a stock of adaptors to deal with phones, power packs, etc. Breakfast was good.

The window shade was broken. They did not give us another room. When we check in they told us that if we brake any thing we will have to pay for it. So as soon enter the room and saw tthe window shade was broken, we went back down to report it. Never before a hotel told us this when checking in. Strange?
