The hotel is comfortable, modern and a pleasant place to stay. However the shortage of housekeeping staff meant our room was not made up until late afternoon.

Hotel was good for the most part. Please stay away from room 101! 3 night stay and not one full night of sleep in this room. Sat night room 101 is right below a bar on the street. Live music was so loud from 9 to midnight we could not even hear our tv on full volume. Sun and Mon morning at 6am room 101 shares a wall with the hotel gym. You start hearing loud banging an shaking all morning. The room window is a parking ramp with a bright green stop light about ten feet from the window. The worst.room experience of my life. If they try put you in room 101 demand another room or run to another hotel!!!!

UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE
We paid $100 extra to have twin beds the configuration of the room was inadequate for a superior room we had paid for we paid for valet parking and given a tablet to make a call 5 mins before the car was needed ...the first call we made went thru to a message bank in America...the 2nd call we made got thru to reception so 5 mins later we went down expecting the car to be out front, not there and reception were vague about the call we made so went to find someone to bring the car around...20 mins it took to get the car...don't expect your car in 5 mins as almost the same incident happened a 2nd time the restaurant we chose the hotel for was closed

Great location, nice lobby, friendly staff. Room was large and comfortable, no hooks for hanging towels was the only issue, otherwise the room was great.

This is a very tired property with a very strange bathroom arrangement, the shower and toilet open to the room and the sink area is in the room. The wall paper was peeling from the walls in several places and the bed was very uncomfortably hard. Sadly, the rest of the hotels in the area looked just as tired.

Spent 3 nights here and the stay was great! Water is refillable in the lobby area and they even had the option of sparking water which is cool. The only downside was the hotel parking was quite expensive in my view (but they do let you charge your EV here is you do). I opted to parked on the road where parking is free from 5pm to 8am and use the ChargeNet station which is quite near the hotel instead.

The hotel is located at the ideal location. It is close to everything. Room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the lake. Staff are all friendly and helpful. The only part that my wife and I did not like was the pretty much required valet parking.

I read reviews and changed our room to deluxe to get the larger room. The room was clean with nice space. The bed was to hard and not comfortable. I’ve read this in other reviews so they know it’s a common complaint. I suggest they do something to fix it. The bathroom had no towel hangers or hooks, which made reusing a towel impossible. The restaurant is a typical hotel facility and adequate. Overall I would say it’s the nicest hotel in town.

Stunning views across the lakes, beautifully appointed room and luxurious bedding. Only thing that vould have improved it would have been a bath but then who needs that when you have a natural polynesian spa a few minutes away! Bliss!

For the best hotel In Rotorua- needs to lift their quality. Disappointing to booked the best suite only to offer the minor amenities. Not living up to the expectation of Pullman’s standard.

I would definitely stay here again. Customer Service was exceptional 5/5. Parking was an issues if you don't want to pay for valet parking, off-street gets filled up early. I'm very particular with cleanliness/conditions. I couldn't do 5/5 for cleanliness only because in noticed very minor mold in the shower, so gave it 4/5. Overall, facilities were 5 star as advertised :)
