"Friendly and helpful staff, excellent rooms and good facilities. The only letdown is the location - not in an ideal place, a bit rundown and a 15 mins walk from the closest train/metro which to walk to isn't the most enjoyable. Probably an excellent spot if you rent a car, but public transport is lacking."

"The hotel seems to be new so itโs clean and well maintained. It smelled good. Rooms are small but nice. Close to the airport so that was a plus for an early flight. They helped up schedule a taxi for our early flight. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Couldnโt check in early but thatโs standard. A little ways from the city center so youโll need a taxi. Public transport is not easily accessible in my opinion. Overall great hotel and location."

"The hotel itself was good, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. However, the location was a major downside. There were very few restaurants or dining options within walking distance, which was inconvenient. The neighborhood also felt quite dirty, with a lot of trash on the streets and many homeless people around. Unfortunately, the area did not give us a strong sense of safety, especially when walking around in the evening. Overall, the hotel was good and the staff were great, but the location and surrounding neighborhood significantly affected our experience."

"The hotel was quite good and maintained well for the neighborhood itโs in . Our first hotel in Italy and staff were very welcoming and good . The elevator are quiet small tho . They have a shuttle that starts in the evening at 8 pm and bring you back at 11 pm from the city , very very convenient. Also breakfast was good , itโs Napoli after all Grazie Mille Would go ack again !!"
