"Really liked everything about The Waldstaetterhof. It’s not typical for a really nice hotel to be located next to a transportation hub like a train station. This was a nice change of pace. Great amenities and lots of restaurants, stores and attractions close by. Would stay here again. "

"The location is excellent. The breakfast was good for variety. The staff for breakfast were very friendly and attentive. The room was a good size but needed a freshen up. Stains on the furniture, walls needed painting, chips in the bathroom vanity and door trim. It was clean. There is late night and early morning street noise based on the room location "

"we enjoyed our stay at the hotel in Luzern, Arad (Front desk) helped us check in in, he gave us recommendations for things to do and places to eat around. Our room was clean, spacious with two balcony’s and amazing windows, bathroom was tidy and bed so comfortable . Breakfast buffet was complete. I will definitely recommend this hotel."

"The only thing I wasn't too fond of was the lack of scenery because of the construction taking place directly across the street but the hotel has no control over that. I do want to highlight the young lady at the front-desk Aisha, she was genuinely awesome, I love her energy and spirit and her customer service skills, she is incredible and solution oriented. Aisha, you rock!!! 👏👏👏"
