"Lovely clean hotel with a good size bar and restaurant with cafe downstairs. I stayed on floor 2 and the interior was as brand new. The room had lovely decor, the king size room had a huge bed, the bathroom was nice and modern and shower was great. The room service was excellent. The reason I’ve given 4 stars is because of the parking charge (£5 for hotel guests), I asked at reception if I could have two wine glasses for the room and was told they couldn’t provide them and I had to go to the bar which was busy and I had to queue for a while (not a massive issue but seems a simple request), there is also scaffolding surrounding the hotel and work going on around the exterior."

"Good stay. My room was clean and spacious and the location was very central and close to local shops and amenities. The reception staff were friendly and professional."

"The hotel is in a great location and the rooms were spotless, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was a nit haphazard. Tables were not available and there was no check in so you had to find your own way. The staff were very friendly and tried their best but they were somewhat overwhelmed. Also, there was a power outage on my second morning so no TV or power sockets were available but overall, it was a nice stay."
