"Great house, spotlessly clean and brilliant location for walking and access to pubs and local shops. Bathrooms were good, the downstairs shower is the most powerful shower I've ever been in!! The kitchen had all the basics you need. Only thing we missed was having a freezer (we had to be very brave and have our G&Ts without ice) Owner communication was great throughout our stay and sorted a problem with the heating really quickly. "In an idyllic setting, an excellent base for holidaying around Matlock/Derbyshire . Everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The welcome pack included a bottle of my wife's favourite wine. The owner checked to see if everything was to our satisfaction. Would certainly recommend it. "
