"We had a lovely overnight stay on a Sunday evening. The staff were nice and we were given a free upgrade to a Privilege room which was very big and quiet. After a morning swim, I enjoyed a tasty breakfast from the buffet. The only negatives were that the plug in the bathroom didn't work and the decor was a bit tired. However, this is to be expected with older buildings to some degree. There are also beautiful rooms in the old manor such as the library and lots of places to sit in the main...

Everything was perfect except, we couldn’t increase the temperature in our room and it was a little cold and there was a patch of carpet stuck down-obviously over a hole which was a little upsetting. The staff throughout the wedding, at reception and at breakfast were efficient and pleasant. Overall a lovely experience. The room/decor for the wedding was stunning, food throughout the day was lovely and check in and check out painless and quick. "
