"Freeway noise and staff not very friendly as most are not well trained to respect or appreciate their customers more who pay for their income sadly. Otherwise convenient and well maintained. Wish more hanging hooks or closet area for clothes."

"The rooms & bathroom were both very clean. The furniture looked new. Would stay here again. I liked the virtual check in & check out process it was quick and easy and the instructions were very thorough. the property does not have a parking lot i did get lucky with metered street parking right in front where you can add time using an app."

"The hotel was really nice and very close to the park. We got a chance to check out the rooftop pool and hot tub before leaving, super nice and a cool view of the park. Overall i would definitely rebook!"

"Location isn’t great. The staff was wonderful. They are undergoing renovations, so we were allowed to check in two hours early without a charge if we agreed to stay on the floor with construction."

"They make you wait a long time to check in the $200 security deposit does NOT get returned i had to literally open a claim with my bank to get my money back the shower was dirty had hairs all over!!! For the price you would expect the best!!! Not the case at all!!!"

"We had a nice stay. The property is really nice and so was the staff. The shower was excellent. It was very big. The pillows were not good and the bed was creeky when you moved but the sheets were great. The hotel was in a part of town that was not nice and they advised is not to walk around at night outside of the hotel grounds. The grounds were secure with locked gates and a fence so we felt safe. There were noisy people beside us the first night. They seemed to be fighting. The first floor...
