We were delighted with the location. There were plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. The room was very clean. The common areas were nicely decorated. However, the parking was free as advertised, it was just in an open parking lot a few minutes away.

Cosy and peculiar, but not very comfortable or worth the price. Noisy and smoke reeks up from the bar downstairs with noise until 3 am. Every night. The “reception” is a joke in the wall, manned now and then. No AC or elevator, probably due to the hotel being protected (?) from renovation. As a whole , central for the Herbstfest, but in all not worth 100 Euro pr night…

Zimmer war sehr schön, alles Neuwertig. Das Zimmer lag zwar auf der Straßenseite, trotzdem sehr ruhig, ohne jegliche störenden Geräusche. Frühstück gut, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es riecht ziemliche nach Rauch. Es ist auch ziemlich hellhörig. Aber das alte Gebäude hat durchaus seinen Scharm. Das Personal ist super freundlich

Naja

Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer leider definitiv sehr vorteilhaft fotografiert. Boden dreckig, die weißen Socken schnell nicht mehr weiß & auch sichtbare Haare im Bad. Die Dusche so undicht, das nach einer kurzen Dusche bis im Flur das Wasser stand, Holz der Tür dementsprechend bereits morsch. Extrem hellhörig, den „Nachbarn“ hat man teilweise deutlich verstanden, vom Frühstückraum war alles zu hören. Zusätzlich dazu knarzt der Boden im Zimmer, so bekommt man selbst das Laufen der anderen Gäste mit. Imgesamt alles sehr alt, Wände fleckig. Bei Buchung für eine Person lag die zweite Bettwäsche einfach unbezogen auf dem Nachttisch. Für den gezahlten Preis leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Nächstes Parkhaus P7: nur über Kopfsteinpflaster zu erreichen (hier nur als Hinweis, dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts!)

Stadthotel ohne Parkplätze

3-Bettzimmer war sehr gross und Bad gsnz gut. Die Betten waren auch gut. Frühstückraum klein aber Frühstück war in Ordnung. Die Hotels.com Seite gab an, dass es kostenlose Parkplätze gäbe. Das stimmte aber nicht. Das Hotel hat keine Parkplätze. Die Rezeption wunderte sich sehr über die Angabe, Sollte entfernt werden. Doch das Parkhaus in der Nähe war sehr günstig. Leider waren gerade Straßenbauarbeiten an der Straße vor dem Hotel, die um 7 Uhr morgens begannen.

Man muss wissen, dass das Hotel mitten in der Innenstadt liegt. Das ist zum einen praktisch, zum anderen sollte man wissen, dass drei Discos in unmittelbarer Nähe sind. Freitag Nacht und Sonntag Nacht wir man mit Bässen beschallt. Mein Zimmer ging zum Hof, im Sommer möchte man gerne frische Luft zum schlafen haben - aus o.g. Gründen undenkbar. Desweiteren leben zum Hof auch Anwohner- leider nicht besonders rücksichtsvoll. Vorteile: Fußläufig kann man die Stadt erobern. Es gibt ein Frühstücksbüfett - leider nicht sehr gemütlich. ich würde auswärts frühstücken. Zimmer/Bad: Sie sind renoviert und sehr ansprechend. Auch- es ist hellhörig. Späteinchecker hört man....

„Uriges“ Hotel - Toilette im Treppenhaus

Vermutlich lässt sich das Hotel als „urig“ beschreiben. Der recht günstige Preis hatte einen gravierenden Nachteil. Die Dusche und Toilette befinden sich im Treppenhaus, also außerhalb des Zimmers. Für jemand, der nachts öfter auf die Toilette muss, ein schwerer Nachteil. Auch andere Hotelgäste schauen doch etwas pikiert, wenn sie im Hotelflur jemandem im Schlafanzug treffen. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer „okay“. Frühstücksbüffet auch okay, eben vorwiegend abgepackte Portionspackungen. Also wenig nachhaltig.

De ontvangst bij de receptie was zeer matig. Doordat we de hele dag tegenslag hadden gehad in het verkeer kwamen we 10 minuten voor sluitingstijd van de receptie aan. Daar was de dienstdoende dame zeer over ontstemd. We kregen de mededeling dat we hadden moeten bellen dat het zo laat werd. De kamer was ruim, de bedden netjes opgemaakt. Stof op de nachtkastjes, glazen in de badkamer niet schoon, en ook daar stof. Gelukkig waren we op doorreis en hoefden we er maar 1 nacht te blijven. Hier komen wij niet weer.

Le voisinage est très bruyant avec du tambour et des basses la nuit entre 23h00 et 3h00 du matin. Le petit déjeuner est très diversifié et c'est bien ! L'accueil de la clientèle est réduit à donner la clé. Nous aurions aimé être informé de la disponibilité du WiFi et des horaires du petit déjeuner.

Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert und nett eingerichtet, sehr schönes großes Bad. Der Treppenaufgang ist wirklich nicht sehr einladend, aber das ist ja wirklich nebensächlich. Frühstück gut, Personal sehr nett. Wir hatten Zimmer nicht nach vorne, deshalb sehr ruhig. Aussicht auf eine Wand. Aber wir waren ja nur zum schlafen da und die Lage ist sehr zentral. Kostenloser Parkplatz ca. 300 Meter entfernt. Würden wieder hier übernachten.

Um einen Föhn zu bekommen (welcher eigendlich auf dem Zimmer sein sollte), muss man 1,5 Stunden warten. Personal ist völlig überfordert. Beim Frühstück läuft ein Klimagerät mih ohrenbetäubenden Lärm. Wenn man das Zimmerfenster öffnet, kommt der Qualm vom Raucherbalkon herein. Schlechte Parksituatipn (außer für Motorräder). Alles in allen absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es war extrem heiß im Zimmer, keine Lüftung oder Ventilator und extrem laut, sodass man die Fenster nicht öffnen konnte und das Zimmer dann zur Sauna wurde.

Bad war leider nicht sauber inkl Hinterlassenschaften in der Toilette. Nachts super laut, da direkt hinter dem Hotel eine Disko oder Club ist. Bis 3:00h sehr laut so dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken ist bis 5:00h immerhin so laut dass man es hört. Türen, Wände und Fenster sehr hellhörig so dass man immer irgendwie was hört vom Gang oder nebenan. Die Parkplätze sind nicht am Hotel sondern in einiger Entfernung auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz. Preis Leistung passt in keinster Weise zusammen, ein mal und nie wieder.
