"The property has a lots of positives but if you've got mobility issues it's probably not the best choice. They're unable to guarantee a parking spot so its a gamble about whether you can get one or not. Lucky enough to secure one of the few disabled spots but the closest lift had 4 stairs up and 4 down to the lift. Luckily my Mum has a walker and not wheelchair as not sure how would've managed otherwise. But overall the signage was poor and no real direction from staff. Would look for other...

"The apt was very nice n layout was good. Location was excellent. Parking was convenient. The negatives were..the heating n air con unit was located in the living with no vents in the bedroom. Meaning one has to sleep with the door opened? Even then, it was not effective. One front desk staff was curt.. not rude but no warmth. "

"Stayed in2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. After showering in over bath shower the water retained in the bath making conditions very slippery to get out and the water remained in the bath for a few hours very slowly draining away. I considered this somewhat dangerous to use because of the slippery bath. The second bathroom hand basin did not have a plug and again the water was not draining. A request for a change of room was ignored. I do not believe there was no option to change. Looking online...

"Overall very impressed. A modern sleek design, modern furnishings, helpful and friendly service. Room: Modern, bed was very comfortable, cushions were a bit on the softer side. The room was spacious, well laid out and clean. Bathroom: Modern fixings with open plan. I liked that the shower/toilet was seperate, the shower door opened inward so no water over the floor issues.
