"This is an old fashioned motor court, not a modern fancy hotel. I like these nostalgic motels, but it might or might not be your cup of tea. The manager was sweet and helpful, eager to make sure everything was to my liking. "Okay, not going to lie, when my husband and I pulled up to this hotel I had to double check that we were at the right address. The outside of the hotel looks like it could’ve been an old prison, and it’s literally in the same parking lot as an IKEA and overlooks an express way. However - don’t judge a book by its cover. "The location is amazing. You can walk to Yale University, restaurants, shopping, parks, entertainment, etc. The location could NOT be better. Parking is great.
