"I was too tired to drive. I show up to that hotel when front desk person told me there’s no room available so I drove off when to the app to search nearest Hotel and I purchased one without knowing that I was there four minutes ago I arrive I told the front desk person did not apologize just gave me a room key and that’s it. Also, the walls are really dirty. The bed was OK."

"We stayed overnight prior to our cruise. Great stay. Within walking distance to grocery, restaurants, etc. Very clean and breakfast was delicious and high quality. My only wish is that check in was earlier than 4pm."

"This was unfortunately one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. We rented two rooms for ourselves and our family members, and from the moment we arrived, it was clear the property was not being properly maintained. The cleanliness was a major issue, our rooms did not feel sanitary. It also did not feel like a safe or appropriate environment for families with children. There was a strong marijuana smell throughout the property, in the hallways, elevator, and even outside, which made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. Our floor also had a persistent odor that smelled like rotten food or trash, as if something had been left unattended for far too long. To make matters worse, basic necessities were lacking, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived, which is simply unacceptable for any hotel stay. On top of that, the service was disappointing. Staff were either unavailable or unhelpful when we raised concerns, which only added to the frustration. It felt like guest comfort and basic upkeep were not a priority here. We ended up leaving after only about an hour because we simply couldn’t feel comfortable staying, and booked another place instead. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made in both cleanliness and customer service. "

"There was a huge cockroach in the room and the jets of the spa made water spray everywhere in the room. Also it was dusty as if it had not been cleaned. Also at night it was very rowdy. Likely not returning and would not recommend. "

"The front desk was very nice, from Jack to the lady I didn’t get her name. The property had a lot of homeless people, and some of the people there seemed a bit sketchy. I was a little scared to leave my car when I pulled in, and everyone stopped to look at us, especially since I had my toddler with me. I didn’t feel safe, and the hotel door was very loose, and to make matters worse, the card key didn’t work. We were promised a full refund, but we’ll see if they actually keep their word."
