"Unfortunately we were there while there was a youth hockey tournament. While the staff was beyond helpful, the hotel was full of unruly children and parents who were too busy drinking to do anything. The kids were running up and down the hallways until 2am, yelling, and trashing the hotel."

"The hotel is nothing like the pictures. One hallway is our has been slightly remodeled or updated. The other hallway that we were put on is very old, dingy, and dirty. Or from had vinyl flooring that was coming apart, sticky and dirty. The sink faucet continuously ran. Could not get it to turn off. The ceiling in the bathroom had stains on the tiles and the light was wide open into the ceiling with massive amounts of dust. It was missing a remote. When we asked the front desk worker she said she didn't know where another one was. The next day a different worker found one. The rolling cart to bring stuff in had a bad wheel- the rubber was falling off. After a horrible time using it, we returned it to the front desk, told the worker who responded "well I didn't know that" and went back to her cross stitch project. When asked where we should put it, she instructed us to put it right back where we got it. The shower faucet is a really interesting difficult set up. Parking lot is awful. The neighbor had big barking dogs that barked constantly. There was yelling, banging, and noise all night. Would not recommend."

"Park Point is a gem! The property is clean, safe and beautiful. A warm breakfast and friendly staff make mornings comfortable. Tired after your journey? They have scented, warmed towels for you and a s’mores bar for the littles (ok, and maybe you too!) The pool is warm, the spa hot and the sauna is fire!! We enjoyed a wonderful getaway and we know you will too! "
