"I stayed her previously and booked again. This room was on a different floor, had live cockroaches coming from the sink, bathtub and under the couch. I contacted the property manager and they were able to reassign me to another room on another floor that was clean without any sign of bugs. "

"I don't have any complaints about my stay here but I wish I could've stayed longer. It was a quality experience. Carpet and floor was clean, bathroom was clean, good water pressure from the shower and kitchen area. Small kitchenette to cook at your leisure. Bed was very comfortable, big plump nice pillows for good sleep. Ac was fantastic. Nice washcloths and towels. All amenities were in good condition. TV and wifi available. I loved it and hope to see them again in the future."

"Everything was juat what we expected just for a 1 night stay. Everything was clean in the room. Only thing is the representative that checked us in looked like she didnt want to work, no smile what so ever. Other than that, no complaints."

"Everything is clean. It's a little older but well kept and charming. The pool area and the huge Jacuzzi with the powerful jets is amazing. Hands down the best staff around those 3 young ladies that work the front desk are what hospitality is supposed to be like. Great job ladies. Thank you all so much !"

"If you are a Cubs fan this is a great place to stay during Sprint Training. This property was close to something else I was visiting so its convenient location was the reason it was picked. The stay was short so I did not explore most of the amenities on offer. Apart from expensive and not very good coffee at breakfast I enjoyed my stay."

"Room was clean but shower was leaking out badly. We were there for two nights gone all day and when we got back our room was untouched, that was disappointing. Staff was ok more “pretentiously nice” Breakfast was ok but it felt like they were frugal with refilling everything. Coffee was like water, but luckily there is a Buzz coffee in the parking lot. Overall great location and nice new hotel with a huge pool and the nice lobby. Nice mall right across lots of food choices. "

"I like everything about this property. Close to the freeway, restaurants, shopping and more. The pool was clean and in the shade when the sun is beaming. My sons love the basketball court. The room was very spacious."
