"What are the better holidays I can remember anywhere on the planet. This one in Lima would be a highly recommend. They gave us a corner room beautiful amenities modern clean quiet. Everything about the hotel was just perfect. They had a wonderful breakfast as well. The staff was highly professional and incredibly polite."
"Experience was average; Niether amenities, service, cleanliness or features stood out.
Pros - checkin experience smooth; Convenient location near public transit, shopping and restaurants;
Room was spacious;
Breakfast had a modest spread with an option for omlette made to order on request;
Cons - furniture in the room is dated; the chairs and for foot stools have stains and dirty looking fabric;
Room and bathroom had a wet soggy smell;
The bath sink had a bad flow and often filled up with water when in use.
My bedsheet had a stain too and housekeeping did not even change it during subsequent services; they just folded the same sheets in during every service.
The night before checkout, had we requested a late checkout and were offered 2 hours extra, but when we went to get our keys extended the date of checkout, we had to do a lot of explaining and negotiation with the front desk to avail the same. ( suggestion for next time - ask for names )"
"This trip was for business. I stayed four days with breakfast included. I didn’t have time for breakfast but asked for a cup of coffee, to go. I was sent to the bar and asked for coffee to go. The gentleman served my coffee and asked for $10.00 soles. I explained my breakfast was included. He told me the bar was different. I handed the gentleman the $10.00 soles and he said he wouldn’t charge me this time. The next day, i had to go in the restaurant, find a table, wait for the waitress, order a cup of coffee to go, wait for the busy waitress to bring the coffee. Seems kinda ridiculous.
May I suggest a container of coffee, sugar, cream be kept on a separate table so people on the go can fix their coffee and go.
While checking out, I was asked about my stay by the restaurant manager. I explained the above to her. She said she would look into it.
All in all the Sheraton was clean, very reasonably priced, the staff and front desk personnel were very pleasant. After a hectic day in Lima i would return to a nice clean room.
This is my second time staying at the Sheraton. It is centrally located if you’re there on business. I highly recommend the Sheraton."
"The hotel is very grant and historical, located in the center, very convenient, free order to make breakfast and welcome cocktails drinks in a bar, very nice staff and reception. Only the room is a little bit old and the sound proof need to be improved"
