The room was clean, if you want you room cleaned, you have to be out of the room before 10 and make sure to put the magnets outside the door so they know! You’re right next to Osaki or Ohsaki station very convenient, there is a natural Lawson and a few coffee shops up there! I really enjoyed the hotel, I didn’t go to the gym or pool so I can’t really say much.
Staff were great. The room was a bit on the smaller side, but overall still very good. The hotel is also close to Osaki station which made navigating Tokyo a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.
The Daiwa Roynet Hotel Tokyo was convenient to get to the cruise terminal by taxi the next morning and to eateries in the mall nearby.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I will definitely come back to this hotel. It is right at Osaki station and within the nice ThinkPark complex. It is a very pleasant area with gardens, restaurants and stores.
Convenient location to Osaki station with restaurants, convenience stores, etc nearby. Seems more of a business/local/quieter area vs the high tourist, crowded areas of Tokyo. Close to Haneda airport through Shinagawa station.
Nice location by Osaki Station. It’s connected to ThinkPark Tower and that had a nice selection of restaurants. The shower water pressure was terrific. The washing machine is a combo one, so our clothes did not totally dry, had to hang everything up.
Cleaning took a long time. No gym in the hotel but attached to a public gym which required daily payment but gym closed all day Monday. As well breakfast not in hotel in a restaurant next door and NOT worth the cost. Beds comfortable and room quiet.
Very convinient, JR Line , Osaki Station. All Hotel staff members are friendly and helpful.
Last but not least , Hotel Guest have access (for a fee) to a member only Fitness Club inside the building.
I will stay in this well funktion Hotel again .
Consider to be normal hotel, not fancy in all deco and utilities. But location is good. A bit away from crowded commercial area but still reachable to transportation or walking distances. Cost is relatively lower compares to nearby areas.
Only one thing would be the bath tub might be too slippery. Could make some device to give more protection to residents.
Love that it was walkable to the train station yet far away enough to not be disturbed by them. It was several restaurants, coffee shops and convenient stores very close by. Didn’t like the fact that you had to pay to use the pool and gym. Room was big enough for me and my suitcase because I traveled solo. I absolutely loved that I had views of Mt Fuji outside of my window!
I have stayed at several Daiwa Roynet hotels now, in Tokyovand Kyoto. I find them consistent in their standards and a good choice for the cost-conscious traveller. Daiwa Roynet Osaki is conveniently located for connections to Yamanote and Saikyo lines as Osaki station is a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel seems to be quite old compared to other Diawa Roynet hotels I've stayed in, with signs of minor wear and tear here and there, but the room was fine - comfortable, good air-conditioning, TV, and decent shower. That is all I need in a hotel, personally, as a base for exploration around the city. The staff appear to be multilingual and were quick to help with anything.
