"Just an amazing stay! The staff was so helpful and personable from the time we made our reservation. The 6-7pm wine/social time was the icing on the cake. Even though the hotel is located in a very active nightlife area, we never were awakened (or even heard) any noise at all! Walkable to shopping, Albert Dock, several great restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again when in Liverpool."

"Be aware - this hotel is on a nightlife street. Booming music just down the street until early morning hours then revelers at the top of their lungs. On a Thursday night. No AC and only glass doors that open 2 inches - small fan in the room. So the option was blaring noise or stifling heat."

"The property was easy to find. Everything was very clean but the bathroom needed some maintenance. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. There's clearly a problem with the heating/water system. In the winter months the room would be perfect. In the heat we've had this summer, it was far too hot."

"On the plus side, the reception staff are very helpful, and the room was basic and clean -all I needed for a single night. Due to previous reviews, I was prepared for the noise of the nearby club, and it ended up not bothering me so much. The problem was that the noise didn't end there. There were the loud party goers returning home at 4am, followed by the sweeping lorry, followed by the beer delivery lorry for the club at about 5:30 am which involved more than a half hour of metal beer casks...

"Perfect appartment for our stay. Everything we needed, great location and secure parking nearby. Good communication with the owner and even met us at the car park to show us where to park and how to get in and out of car park.

"Very unusual hotel in that there is no reception or staff to be seen. You are sent your entry codes via message for internal and external entry. Very clean and tidy and a super central location. Was surprised to get a maid service but then disapointed we didn't get teas and milks replaced. First world problems. The room had a fridge but it didn't work and so much my milk curdled in it. The shower was powerful but the water was tepid at best. Lots of noise at night due to it's central location...
