Hotel murah di Roopville

"The coffee was good, breakfast was good. Carpet throughout fithy. Water leak in ceiling kept the lobby floor wet and slippery not good for me since I use a cane. 1 evening there wasn't wayer in our room or anywhere in the hotel. Leal in the lobby was a 3 day event. No phone in the room. Hardly any toilet paper I had to track down the front desk number and use my cell to get bathroom tissue. I would not recommend this hotel"

"Some issues with the room such as the nightstand drawers would not stay shut which was really annoying & various stains in the carpet. The kitchen area is less than desirable."

"The room appeared clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard. Main issue was the that the bathroom had a strong smell of urine - it smelled like a public toilet. Main bedroom area was clean though and had no smell. Based on this, I probably would not book with Quality Inn again. The staff were all very friendly and helpful."

"The room was not clean, I was moved to another room, however, it was not clean either. The tub, the carpet, bathroom floor, carpet, cushion on window bench was heavily stained. The desk chair was peeling and looked like it had been chewed on. Not recommended"

"I always stay at Hilton properties but this one was really gross. Our feet stuck to the carpet and were black walking around in the room. The sheets had stains on them and the toilet had poop on the side. There were like 2 snack options downstairs. I would recommend the Holiday Inn Express across the street."

"Comfortable rooms, location perfect for what we needed"

"The rooms were not very clean. There was a towel hanging behind the door when we arrived in our room , which we assume had been used as it was damp to the touch. There was a musty smell in the room. The breakfast was severely lacking. The front desk staff was helpful when we requested additional things. The room had conditioner and lotion, but no shampoo."

"We had trouble getting in after hours some guest opened the main door"

"The grounds are incredible. The café is bare bones in the mornings, however the coffee is amazing. The kitchen did a nice job with after hours food. We were there during a wedding so lots of noise. Note, no daily housekeeping. Will stay there again overall, a beautiful location, helpful staff, and lots of amenities to choose from. The room was well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable."

"Nice and clean"

"Arrived at 11:30 pm after a long drive. Was checked in by the nice lady at the desk, and we went to our room. We heard another customer complaining about bed bugs so we went to investigate our room. No bugs but we found yellow stains and hair on the sheets, filthy walls and stained pillows and comforters. The room smelled like smoke and my son has asthma so there was no way we were staying. We returned to the desk and waited but the lady was helping the bedbug room and no one was at the desk....
